Recruitment Process at SEMA-PRINT

Initial Contact

Apply Online – send us your CV. Our HR department will certainly carefully analyze the submitted document. If your profile is similar to the position you are applying for, we will certainly invite you to participate in the further recruitment process.

Online meeting with HR representative

We usually conduct the first interview online, using videoconferencing on Team’s or another tool. We’d love to get to know you better.

In-person meeting at SEMA-PRINT headquarters with Manager

The meeting at the company’s headquarters is led by the manager of the team to which the candidate is applying. This is often the last stage of recruitment, after which we make a decision and make a job offer. In the case of managerial positions, we sometimes decide to have an additional interview with a member of the board/owner of the company.

Decision

After all interviews have been conducted, the manager will make a decision on the final candidate for an employee in our company. Candidates who have passed the recruitment process with a positive result are invited to the employment and on-boarding process.

Feedback

Each candidate who took part in the recruitment process receives a specific answer regarding potential cooperation – we do not leave talks “on hold”.
