The company specified the type of clothing they were interested in, the activities it would be used for, and the requirements it should meet. They provided us with clothing from other manufacturers so that we could precisely select materials. Among them were T-shirts that performed well in daily use, and the client was satisfied with their quality in everyday wear. They provided guidelines specifying a specific model, a similar pattern, and approximate length.

After carefully selecting the materials based on samples provided, we proceeded to the next stage of designing the apparel and then creating visualizations for the client. The client expressed interest in various decoration methods, so we presented a comprehensive offer detailing each method. Ultimately, they chose the sublimation method, which we recommended for this type of project. Sublimation is a well-established method known for decorating sportswear. It integrates perfectly with the materials used in such apparel and performs exceptionally well in active settings.

We also selected colors, appropriate cuts, and graphics. Throughout each stage of the project, we maintained constant communication with the client to promptly address any feedback and provide suggestions as needed. Before making final decisions, the client received material samples and clothing prototypes from us. Upon approval of our proposals and meeting all quality requirements, the projects were handed over for production.

In this assignment, our task was to undertake “Custom made production,” also known as production from scratch, for a specific client. We created a unique and individual product that differed from mass-produced items of its kind. Starting from the selection of materials, cuts, colors, and decorations, we developed new apparel that aligned perfectly with the client’s image and product range. The Swedish company sought excellent Polish quality and high standards of service, leading them to choose our company for further collaboration.
