Order: Production of polo shirts for tennis camp participants (in a very limited timeframe)

Unfortunately, the specific model of polo shirt in the chosen color was temporarily unavailable for the client. We had to select a completely new color, considering that the shirts needed to fit both men, women, and children participating in the camp. In addition to the color change, we also had to ensure that the sizes were appropriately adjusted for all camp participants.

Due to the selected polo shirts being available in insufficient quantities for the entire order, we chose products made from a different material but in a similar color and style to complement the remaining shirts. The client agreed to supplement the shortage with shirts made from a different material. We ensured that the difference in the overall order was either invisible or minimal.

Having the client’s logo on hand from our previous collaboration greatly streamlined the entire process. We proceeded with embellishments and finalized the design, which the client approved without any revisions. The shirts were produced on time, allowing all camp participants to enjoy them during their stay.

The main task in this assignment was to produce polo shirts for participants of a tennis camp within a very tight timeframe. The client was familiar with our company and knew we could operate effectively under time pressure. We always strive to find solutions that satisfy the client optimally. Our collaboration with the client continues.
