Upon starting the assignment, we sent the client material samples for their review. After receiving them, it became apparent that the proposed fabrics were too thin and might not fulfill their intended purpose.

The client sent us material samples that met their expectations for their products, based on garments from other manufacturers. Together, we clarified the type of material they were seeking and how the clothing would be used in practice. It needed to be highly durable, resistant to external forces (due to the nature of the sport), and of superior quality—significantly higher than average sportswear. This allowed us to select the appropriate assortment with precision.

In collaboration with the production department and based on the samples provided, we chose the suitable material and created samples using the sublimation method, which is successfully used in decorating sportswear. We also tested how colors and patterns would appear on the fabric. The clothing was designed and sewn according to the client’s specifications, with the stitching taking into account the nature of the apparel and how it would be used.

We prepared designs according to the guidelines and submitted them to the client for approval. After reviewing the prototypes and ensuring that the product fully met all requirements, the client made the decision to proceed further. The designs were finally approved, and we started the production.

The completed project was a custom-made production order, meaning we started from the initial concept to production. We created a brand according to unique specifications provided by the client and tailored to individual requirements. We selected materials, developed designs, visualized them, chose the production method, graphics, and finally handled the sewing process. Throughout each stage of the project, we maintained constant communication with the client, responding promptly and proposing solutions based on our experience as needed.

The product was demanding, designed for a specific type of sport, and had to meet high standards: durable materials, strong stitching, functionality, and aesthetics.
