Client: gas stations
Industry: fuel
Order: production of custom-made hoodies
Services: material selection, design and pattern, decorations, sewing
Method: sublimation
We prepared patterns and visualizations based on the provided design. The implementation and clothing design departments worked together on the client’s vision. The appropriate material was selected, and then the form was cut. The client participated in decision-making at every stage of the process. Initially, he wanted the hoodie to have four pockets, so we prepared the initial design accordingly. After approving the visualization, he selected the zipper pulls, zipper colors, hoodie color, and ribbing color.
After the client’s approval, the first sample hoodie was sewn. Following its completion, the implementation department, the seamstress, and the person who took the client’s order worked together to improve the design.
The main objectives of this project were:
a. Greater comfort in use
b. Better and more visible display of the design
c. Improved functionality
Based on these guidelines and after assessing the feasibility of implementing the improvements, changes were proposed to the client: relocating the zipper to enhance functionality and changing the color of the zipper pull to improve aesthetics. After reviewing the proposals, the client ordered another (second) sample incorporating our suggested changes. The final product was accepted after the second sample and is currently in production.
