PRINTING DEPARTMENT INCLUDING SILK-SCREEN PRINTING​

The printing department features several modern machines enabling professional screen and digital printing of the highest quality. We are one of the few in Europe to offer 100% organic prints using GOTS-certified water-based inks.

SUBLIMATION DEPARTMENT​

Sublimation allows us to decorate with an unlimited number of colors. In practice, this involves two calender from a renowned Italian manufacturer. We perform sublimation on the highest quality materials.

TRANSFER DEPARTMENT

Transfers – these are decorations on multi-colored HD foils, whose texture attracts all eyes. The transfer department features the most modern pneumatic machines on the market, which allow for the perfect finishing of the most challenging projects.

GOTS certification (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a confirmation of the highest standards applied in the textile industry for products made from organic plant fibers such as cotton, linen, hemp, or silk. This certificate sets requirements for the entire production process, from raw material collection to the finished product, including processing, production, packaging, labeling, and distribution. GOTS specifies requirements for minimum percentages of organic fibers in the product and prohibits the use of certain harmful substances such as pesticides, azo dyes, formaldehyde, phthalates, and many others. It also introduces requirements for working conditions, wages, and social protection of workers.

"Gazele Biznesu" is one of the most popular rankings of the most dynamically developing small and medium-sized companies. Gazele Biznesu is implemented by economic dailies belonging to the Bonnier publishing group. In Poland, the ranking has been prepared by the daily "Puls Biznesu" since 2000. Similar rankings are prepared by its counterparts from Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Slovenia. The aim is to promote small and medium-sized enterprises. In each edition of the ranking, we examine the company's results for the full three preceding years. A company that meets all of the following criteria may apply for the Business Gazelle title: - commenced operations before 2017 and has been operating continuously to this day - in the base year 2017, sales revenues ranged between PLN 3 and 200 million - in the years 2017-2019, recorded an increase in sales revenues year by year - in the years 2017-2019, it did not record a loss even once - enabled the analysis of its financial results for at least three audited years (by submitting financial statements to courts, transferring data to Coface or making them available by completing the application form).

"Business Cheetah" is a distinction for the most dynamically developing companies based on the growth of their market value, calculated by comparing them to listed companies, as well as promoting the most dynamically developing companies. The methodology used in the Business Cheetahs Competition shows how much a company would be worth if its shares were listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Business Cheetah statuette was designed in 2006 by Katarzyna Pągowska.

The Effective Company Awards have conducted a thorough analysis of the financial results of over 70 thousand companies for nine years.

Since 2008, the Institute of European Business has been organizing the Diamonds of the Polish Economy Competition based on data from the National Court Register. It awards this title to companies whose market value, according to its estimates, exceeds PLN 10 million. Based on financial data, the institute calculates the market value of companies in a very simplified way, using two indicators from the Warsaw Stock Exchange: P/E, or Price to Net Earnings, and P/Wk – Price to Book Value.

From several to a dozen or so days depending on the volume and difficulty of the decorations. We also have an express service.
NO. 50% of our company is export activity. We work with suppliers from many countries (e.g. Italy, Germany, Denmark…) and we also sell ready-made decorations to many countries around the world (e.g. Sweden, Switzerland, Germany…).
Yes. We work with brands from the fashion industry , for which we design and produce clothing that can be found in shopping malls.
Yes – we care about the planet. We have a very rigorous and highly valued GOTS certificate, which is renewed every year. Additionally, we obtain energy from renewable sources.
Sema Print has all the best clothing decorating techniques. To choose a specific technique, it will be necessary to diagnose a specific need. For example, should it be just the logo + graphics on the T-shirt - which can be done, for example, by screen printing; or maybe all-over printing on sportswear - for which sublimation will be perfect; or perhaps a subtle logo on corporate clothing, for which we recommend e.g. embroidery. We focus on serving the B2B sector. Our clients are mainly companies, e.g. manufacturers from various industries or service companies; advertising agencies implementing projects for their clients, as well as clothing brands for which we design and sew clothing collections, and influencers creating their own products and clothing brands.
We work both on products from clothing manufacturers working with us, as well as on the so-called goods entrusted by the customer. We work on all types of clothing, from T-shirts , polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, tank tops, jackets, caps, caps, trousers, underwear, sportswear and scarves. Thanks to our modern machinery, we are also able to mark e.g. towels.
As a rule, the smallest orders start with a few pieces.
NO. We do everything in-house. We are able to design and sew clothing (our own sewing room) and label the clothing in any way. We do everything "under one roof".
Of course, these are both physical samples and photo documentation from production. Before starting the implementation, together with our graphic designers , we create the so-called artwork (i.e. patterns for decorations) which the client always accepts.
Today, clothing branding is part of brand communication. Each employee wearing company clothes (advertising clothes or e.g. work clothes) represents the brand and the company. It is worth taking care of good representation. An additional issue is typical advertising clothing, where the customers themselves become ambassadors of our brand.
The durability of the decoration depends on several factors, including the selected printing technique, the quality of the materials used, and the method of maintaining the clothing. The most durable techniques include: Embroidery, Screen printing and Sublimation. If you require exceptional durability, we always provide you with our many years of experience in consulting.
The higher costs of decorating customer-supplied clothing result from a greater risk of damage, additional production costs, logistical complexity, lack of standardization and increased company liability. Only our regular clothing suppliers with whom we work ensure that we know the quality and properties of their materials.
Higher clothing weight is often associated with greater durability and strength, but it is not the only indicator of quality. It is also important to take into account the composition of the material, weaving technique, processing and finishing, and production technology. The best indicator of quality is usually the balance of all these factors depending on the purpose of the garment and the user's expectations.
